Hello, I’m Mandy Judd
I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I have been a personal trainer for 15+ years and extremely passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I work with a wide variety of people so if you are a athlete, mom, business professional or 80 year old wanting to increase your balance I can help. I’m a mom of 3 my husband and I run 2 businesses. I understand the struggles of work, running kids to all of their actives and trying to balance health.

Nutrition Consulting
I am certified in nutrition though Venice nutrition. My main goal when working with clients on nutrition is teaching a life style change not putting you on a chicken and veggie DIET. I’m not a fan of dieting that means you restrict what you eat to very little for a couple weeks or months then go back to the old ways and gain all the weight back. So whether you are looking to gain muscle lose fat or just learn how to achieve a healthy lifestyle I can help.
Foundation Training / Corrective Exercise
Adding Foundation Training to my life and many of my clients has been life changing. Working the posterior chain will encourage proper movement of the human body through tension and decompression. The body will then naturally be supported structurally allowing for all of our movements to become stronger in any physical activity.

In-Person Personal Training
I offer strength training along with foundation training in my programs. It’s important to build a solid foundation (proper movement patterns) for your body before jumping into challenging workouts. This is where injuries happen.

I offer virtual training. So if you are on vacation, live out of state, or just can’t make it to the gym - you can still get your workouts in with me.
